We will provide a replacement product, and if it still does not work, we will issue a refund within 7 days.

The exchange will only be processed upon proper verification and validation of the technical issue. Proof of Issue: To initiate the exchange process, customers must provide proper proof of the crashing or technical issue.     Timeframe for Exchange Request: Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
